Mrs. Wakefield came to our class today. She showed us techniques to use when introducing a non-fiction book. This will help us and we can also use the technique with our 1st grade
partners.
We took a guess abou
t what some vocabulary words might mean in relationship to a story about peanuts. After our predictions, we checked it out! It was fun to see if we were right or wrong! It made us laugh. Sometimes, we picked the right way but sometimes we weren't give close!
