Rain Storm
We met in the multi purpose room last week for a quick school get together. It was fun listening to every grade sing a song about rain. Our song was about grabbing your umbrella because the rain is on the way. We like the song. Here is one student involved during the presentation!

Field trip to Roosevelt Nov 4th
On November 4th our 4th, 5th and 6th grade classes have been invited to attend a concert given by our Uintah Basin Symphony. This concert will be held in the Roosevelt Jr. High School. We will be riding buses there in the morning.
In music, we have been discussing proper concert manners and etiquette. We have been asked to dress nicely for this event.
We can take a couple of adult chaperones with us. If you are interested in helping us with this activity, please let Miss Snapp know as soon as possible.
Halloween Day
We are having an activity day on Halloween. The students may wear their costumes to school if they desire. We will be moving around the 4th, 5th and 6th grade classrooms doing activities in each classroom. We will have a costume parade through the school, have a sack lunch and possibly end the day with a movie.
I am in need of a parent or two who would be willing to escort and chaperone the students as they move from station to station and help if needed at each station.
We will be starting around 8:30 and finish up in time for the costume parade through the school around 11:10ish. Please let me know if you are interested in helping on this day.
Thanks.

New Desks
Mr. Henry was able to purchase 16 new desks this year and so we are lucky to have the opportunity to replace a few of the old worn out desks in our classroom. We picked the worst from our room to get rid of! Thank you Mr. Henry for helping us out!
T Shirt Sizes
We need to know the t-shirt size of your child by Monday so that the red t-shirts can be ordered. Thank you all for your help with this and for your generous donations.
We hope that you will notice the Veteran's Memorial. It sure is looking nice. We are looking forward to its' dedication on Veteran's Day, November 11th! We are learning patriotic songs for this in our Music Class!
